Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a Sous Chef to lead the Culinary Department in a patient-focused facility, ensuring high-quality meals and compliance with safety standards.

You will assist in supervision of kitchen staff, develop daily menus, support ordering, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to roll out new culinary programs while maintaining cost controls and a high level of service for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• Some progressive culinary/kitchen management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and expenditures.
• Assists in planning and creating menus.
• Produces and executes catering events; rolls out new culinary programs.
