Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Sous Chef to lead the Culinary Department for a facility. You will supervise prep and cooking, develop daily menus, and assist in ordering alongside the Executive Chef.

This role offers opportunities to oversee hourly staff, drive quality, and implement new culinary programs in collaboration with the culinary team. A dynamic, energetic culinary professional is ideal.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience preferred.
• Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience is desirable.
• Catering experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Assist in planning and creating menus.
• Produce and execute catering events.
• Roll out new culinary programs with Company marketing and culinary team.
