Job summary

ITL Group in Atlanta is seeking a determined Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in daily culinary operations. You will supervise kitchen staff, ensure food quality and consistent execution, and uphold standards across menus and service.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll step in for the Executive Chef when needed, collaborate with FOH and BOH teams, and model professionalism, accountability, and guest-focused hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Experience supervising kitchen staff and maintaining standards.
• Strong focus on food quality, safety, and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily culinary operations and staff.
• Support menu execution, quality control, and standards.
