Job Summary

This role supports the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking food, coordinating kitchen staff, and managing food service operations in their absence.

Essential Duties

• Prepare food following recipes and standards, ensuring timely completion.
• Supervise food service staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Store and handle food safely according to all regulations.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
• Interact with customers to resolve issues and explain menu items.
• Monitor inventory and supplies, report shortages.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
