Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in high-volume kitchen leadership.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily culinary operations at B-Liner.
• Assist with menu execution and seasonal dishes.
• Provide training and development for cooks and kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
• Collaborate with Front of House to ensure exceptional member experiences.
