This position plays an essential role in supporting the dining experience by assisting servers, maintaining dining room organization, and ensuring members and guests receive exceptional service in a fast-paced beachfront restaurant environment.Rooted in the culinary vision of James Beard Award-winning chef Mike Lata, B-Liner celebrates fresh, local, and sustainable seafood and ingredients sourced from regional farmers, fishermen, and purveyors throughout the Southeast.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist servers throughout service to ensure smooth and efficient dining operations
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Clear, clean, and reset tables according to club standards
• Refill water glasses and assist with guest needs during service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, patios, and service stations
• Stock supplies, polish silverware, and complete assigned side work
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, chefs, and managers
• Support overall team operations and member satisfaction during high-volume service periods
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold Kiawah Island Club service standards
