Job summary

ARAMARK is seeking a Sous Chef to support Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations across diverse client locations in Towson, MD. You will oversee line execution, uphold food quality and presentation, and ensure strict adherence to food safety and ARAMARK standards.

You will train culinary staff, help develop menus, manage inventory and waste, and assist with cost and labor goals to deliver consistently excellent dining experiences for clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or higher in food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., ServSafe).
• Ability to assist menu development and cost control.
