Job summary

Flower Child in Plano, TX is hiring a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management experience and a strong understanding of financials and daily operations.

You will manage shifts, oversee guest service, maintain quality and cleanliness, and coach a diverse kitchen team. OpenTable or similar POS systems experience is preferred, with competitive pay and benefits.
