Our campus has recently expanded due to several new multi-level facilities being built. We are looking to fill the key role of a Sous Chef.


We’re looking for a skilled chef who’s passionate about quality food and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. In this role, you’ll help prepare fresh, made-from-scratch meals for a diverse group of residents, using ingredients often sourced locally from the Willamette Valley. Our kitchen values creativity, consistency, and care in every dish we serve.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience as a production cook
  • or 2+ years of experience plus a degree in culinary arts
  • Experience with batch cooking for entrees, soups, and sauces
  • Familiarity with special diets and following planned menus
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead kitchen role

Starting Wage: $23.95 - 26.15/hr DOE
Shift: Shift times may vary. Weekends are required.
This is a full-time position with benefits.
