Are you a culinary professional seeking to advance your career? The Grille at Bridgewater Crossing is currently in search of a Kitchen Manager to join our team in Beaver, PA 15009. As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all facets of our kitchen operations, including managing food costs, ensuring food quality, coordinating back of house and front of house activities, supervising food preparation, and more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and uphold high standards of food quality and service
• Manage food cost and inventory effectively
• Supervise all aspects of kitchen operations
• This role is hands-on, requiring cooking alongside the team while managing kitchen operations
• Maintain a hygienic and orderly kitchen environment
• Inspire and lead kitchen staff
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations
