Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a detail-obsessed Sous Chef to lead a high-volume, fast-paced scratch kitchen. You’ll mentor a talented team, manage daily operations, and champion food prep, inventory, and on-the-spot problem solving, under the guidance of our creative culinary leadership.

We value strong communication, guest engagement, and a proven track record in financial performance. A post-secondary diploma is a plus, and flexibility to handle a 24-hour operation is required.

Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000 per year

About you...

Passionate about culinary arts and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.

A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.

Advanced knowledge of culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.

Excels at communication, both verbal and written.

Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Salary Range: 75k to 80k
