Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a detail-obsessed Sous Chef to lead a high-volume scratch kitchen. You will motivate the team, oversee daily operations, and drive exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You'll learn from top culinary minds while assisting in prep, staff supervision, inventory, and on-the-spot problem solving. This role supports Treehouse Hotel Silicon Valley's culinary team and guest services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of similar kitchen experience.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary operations with leadership and a track record in guest and team engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible to meet demands of a 24-hour operation.
