Job description

Since 1980, Delmonico Gourmet’s core mission is to provide our community with impeccable customer service and superior culinary cuisine. Our selection of hot food, great coffee, and made-to-order sandwiches are unmatched in the neighborhood.

Our client is seeking a Sous Chef with excellent knife skills, a strong work ethic, creativity, recipe knowledge, and the ability to research and develop recipes on demand. The ideal candidate can handle the demands of serving 2000 customers per day!

Who you are:

  • Able to communicate expectations clearly to the BOH team
  • Comfortable working during high-volume shifts
  • Seeking a work-life balance that is rare in this industry

Hours are Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 4:30 pm.
