Job Summary
As a Sous Chef with Compass Group - Eurest,you're a critical member of the culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new, bustling location for a prominent national corporate account!You will assist with ensuring the overall success of the food program and overseeing daily culinary functions. Our Sous Chef assists with ordering, inventory, and food preparation. This role demands adhering to client expectations & guidelines, the Health Departments regulations, and our companys standards and expectations of food quality, freshness, and presentation. The Sous Chef also motivates, trains, develops, and directs the back of house associates preparing and cooking foods to accomplish the objectives of the operation to the satisfaction of the customers, clients, and management.
