The Sous Chef is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality, great-tasting food, ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and maintain profitability. The Sous Chef contributes to increasing top-line sales and guest count through delivering a superior team member and guest experience. Additionally, the Sous Chef supports executing menu items with excellence and maintaining quality across all job aspects.

Job Requirements
  • Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale or resort restaurant
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service
  • Ability to develop and lead a team
  • Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes for great execution
  • Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression
