Job summary

Mark's Pizzeria/ Sycamore Golf Club is seeking a Pizza Maker to prepare pizzas and makeline items according to company recipes and topping charts. You will coordinate with ovens and other stations, perform prep tasks, and maintain cleanliness while following safety procedures.

The role requires the ability to read orders, work on multiple orders, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with pizzas, breads, and gluten-free options is a plus.

• Must follow Company recipes, portions and topping chart.
• Able to read orders accurately and work on several orders at once.
• Communicate clearly with other stations during busy periods.
• Able to work with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Deal with people sensitively, tactfully, and honestly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas accurately and on time according to recipes, portions and topping chart.
• Prepare other makeline items (subs, pastas, breadsticks, calzones, gluten-free pizzas).
• Place items in the oven and coordinate with units so orders are completed together and on time.
• Keep makeline stocked and rotate product FIFO.
• Complete prep items including preparing sauces.
• Keep the makeline clean and perform opening/closing duties.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
