• Five years of corporate recruitment experience for professional/management roles.
• Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems and internet sourcing.
• Valid driver's license; ~10% travel may be required.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Sourcing Specialist tosupport talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives. This rolefocuses on identifying, attracting, and building pipelines of qualifiedcandidates for professional and management-level positions.

Working closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists andhiring managers, the Sourcing Specialist will use online recruiting platforms,talent market research, and proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualifiedtalent, strengthen candidate pipelines, and support current and future hiringneeds.

Responsibilities

• Sourcesand attracts qualified candidates for professional and management-levelpositions.
• Buildsand maintains talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Partnerswith hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand jobrequirements and recruitment priorities.
• Conductstalent market research to identify candidate availability, industrytrends, and effective sourcing channels.
• UtilizesLinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, Workday, and other recruiting platformsto identify qualified candidates.
• Refersqualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists for furtherconsideration.

NOTE: Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be considered for this position.

Job Type

6 months Contract, with the possibility of extension or permanent conversion.

Work Set Up/Schedule

Onsite at Shreveport, LA71101 (Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resource Management or a related field, or equivalentrelevant experience.
• Fiveyears of corporate recruitment and placement experience supportingprofessional and management-level exempt positions.
• Atleast three years of experience working with electronic applicant trackingsystems and internet-based recruiting sources.
• Validdriver's license. (Approximately 10% travel may be necessary to visitother company facilities.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experiencewith Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Experienceusing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and other online candidatesourcing databases.
