Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to source and recruit talent across multiple geographic areas.

You will develop proactive recruitment strategies, mining for talent to create pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Onsite role in Shreveport, LA with potential travel up to 10% to support recruiting events and campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience.
• Five years of corporate recruitment experience for professional and management exempt roles.
• Experience with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to source talent.
• Builds pools of qualified candidates and pipelines across multiple geographic areas.
• Develops proactive recruitment strategies and uses digital platforms for sourcing.
