Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our premier manufacturing organization in Columbus, IN. The role blends onsite collaboration with remote work, offering a hands-on environment where you’ll manage GBPA and GSAR updates, supplier coordination, and part data.

You’ll work with Oracle, drive VPCR/SCR changes with the sourcing team, respond to daily requests, and support the Hardware group. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and strong Microsoft tools skills help you adapt across multiple

Responsibilities

• Managing GBPA FIT updates, high-volume part uploads, PO flow, and ASL verification in Oracle.
• Completing GSAR updates, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring timely approvals.
• Reviewing outfiles/IPV issues and assisting with price discrepancies and resolutions with sourcing managers.
• Responding to daily email requests and supporting the Hardware team with necessary documents and system issues.
• Raising VPCR and SCR in collaboration with the sourcing team.

Salary: $23.00 per hour

Shift: Hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

What’s a typical day as a Sourcing Specialist? You’ll be:

• Managing Global Business Purchase Agreement (GBPA) FIT updates, including high-volume part number uploads, part additions, PO and ASL flow verification in Oracle, and tracking completed projects
• Completing General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) updates, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring timely approval
• Reviewing and resolving outfiles/IPV issues, addressing price discrepancies, and working with sourcing managers for resolution
• Responding to daily email requests and supporting the Hardware team with part prints, PO PDFs, BPA corrections, and system/supplier issue resolution
• Raising Value Package Change Requests (VPCR) and Supplier Change Requests (SCR) in collaboration with the sourcing team
