Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking a Construction Sourcing Specialist to join our recruiting team and focus on identifying and engaging top construction talent for large-scale projects across the United States.

You will proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals; build and maintain national pipelines; and partner with recruiters to deliver qualified professionals for data centers, industrial, manufacturing, and related sectors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience required.
• Strong understanding of commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction materials and projects.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, persistent, and comfortable with high-volume sourcing.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to identify and engage hard-to-find construction professionals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and source qualified construction professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across the U.S.
• Identify candidates based on project experience, technical expertise, location, compensation, and career goals.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening.
• Develop relationships with passive candidates and maintain ongoing communication.
• Research construction companies, projects, and talent markets to identify potential candidates.
• Partner closely with recruiters to understand search requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and activity within Bullhorn/CRM systems.
• Stay current on construction market trends, major projects, contractors, and in-demand talent.

Our team specializes in large-scale, ground-up construction projects across high-growth markets including data centers, mission critical, industrial, manufacturing, food & beverage, and cold storage.

This is a candidate-focused sourcing role with no business development responsibilities.
