EBS Recruiters is a Hybird-friendly firm seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support our recruiting team. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, and develop recruiting content across social media platforms while maintaining strong candidate and client records.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business technology platforms.
• Experience with recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, marketing, or sales support preferred.
• Familiarity with Bullhorn, Paylocity, LinkedIn Recruiter, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and candidate communications.
• Support recruiters throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client information in Bullhorn.
• Create and publish job postings and recruiting content.
• Develop social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Paylocity.
• Design recruiting and marketing materials using Canva.
• Assist with onboarding, reporting, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
