EBS Recruiters is seeking a highly organized Sourcing Specialist to support our recruiting team in Chesterfield, MO. This role blends candidate sourcing, coordination, and administrative tasks within a growing firm.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, job boards, and social media; build pipelines; and help schedule interviews while maintaining accurate records. A collaborative hybrid work culture and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, marketing, or sales support preferred.
• Familiarity with Bullhorn, Paylocity, LinkedIn Recruiter, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus.

This role combines candidate sourcing, recruiting coordination, social media marketing, and administrative support within a collaborative and growing recruiting firm.
