AB Staffing Solutions, a healthcare staffing company, seeks a Sourcing Specialist to fuel the success of our recruiters. You will identify and organize prospective healthcare professionals, respond to leads, conduct outbound outreach, post jobs, and ensure candidate data accuracy in our system.

Responsibilities

Serve as a lead generation and sourcing partner for recruiting teams.
Enter, organize and route candidate leads in our system.
Make outbound calls, texts and other outreach to healthcare professionals.
Conduct initial conversations to gauge interest, availability and basic qualifications.
Source prospective healthcare professionals for open positions.
Post jobs across boards and platforms.
Maintain accurate candidate profiles and activity in the system.
Prioritize leads to help recruiters follow up efficiently.
Monitor activity to identify trends and opportunities for outreach.
Create and maintain reports using Excel and internal tools.
Track sourcing activity and key performance metrics.
Collaborate with recruiters to understand pipeline needs.
Re-engage previous candidates and inactive leads when new opportunities arise.
Ensure timely communication and positive candidate experience.
Develop understanding of AB Staffing’s business and recruiting processes.
Complete additional sourcing and reporting projects as needed.

Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our team and help fuel the success of our healthcare recruiters.

This role sits at the intersection of sourcing, sales support, data and recruiting operations. You will help identify and organize prospective healthcare professionals, respond to incoming leads, conduct outbound outreach, post available jobs and ensure candidate information is accurately entered and maintained in our system.

The goal is simple: create an organized, consistent pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals that allows our recruiters to spend more time building relationships, closing candidates and filling positions.

Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities

Serve as a lead generation and sourcing partner for our healthcare recruiting teams.
Review incoming candidate leads and quickly enter, organize and route them within our recruiting system.
Make outbound calls, texts and other outreach to prospective healthcare professionals.
Conduct initial candidate conversations to gauge interest, availability and basic qualifications.
Identify and source prospective healthcare professionals for open positions.
Post available healthcare positions across job boards and recruiting platforms.
Maintain accurate candidate profiles, lead information and activity within our recruiting system.
Organize and prioritize leads so recruiters can efficiently follow up with the strongest opportunities.
Monitor candidate and lead activity to identify trends and opportunities for additional outreach.
Create and maintain reports using Excel and other internal reporting tools.
Track sourcing activity, candidate responses, lead volume and other key performance metrics.
Partner closely with recruiters to understand their highest-priority positions and pipeline needs.
Re-engage previous candidates and inactive leads when new opportunities become available.
Help ensure candidates receive timely communication and a positive experience throughout the initial stages of the recruiting process.
Develop a strong understanding of AB Staffing's business, healthcare specialties and recruiting process to proactively support the sales and recruiting teams.
Complete additional sourcing, reporting and recruiting support projects as needed.
