Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting mid- to high-level tech talent in competitive markets.
• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
• 5+ years of passive candidate generation experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with CRM, ATS, or related applicant tracking software systems.
