Collabera Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sourcing Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for infrastructure and technical positions in Seattle.

You will focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent to meet aggressive recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment. You will source from multiple channels, conduct phone screens, build pipelines, manage submissions in ATS, and leverage AI-powered tools to identify candidates.

Qualifications

• 2–7+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years preferred).
• Experience with Boolean search and advanced search string creation.
• Proficiency with ATS and AI-powered sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage technical talent through multiple channels.
• Conduct phone screens and assess candidate qualifications.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring.
• Manage candidate submissions and recruitment data within ATS platforms.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.
• Complete a structured onboarding program and begin building active pipelines within the first two weeks.
• Consistently meet recruiting performance metrics.

Performance Expectations

• Complete20–25 phone screens per month.
• Maintain high levels of sourcing activity, candidate outreach, and pipeline generation.

Required Qualifications

• 2–7+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years preferred).
• Strong experience withBoolean searchandadvanced search string (keystring) creation.
• Proficiency withApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and AI-powered sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting fortechnical or engineering roles.

Pay Range:

• $35/hr. – $50/hr.
