The base salary ranges from $120,000 to $145,000, complemented by an annual discretionary bonus and a range of benefits including medical, dental, and child care support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in financial services or asset management is a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant best practices and employment laws.
