Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to fuel AWS Data Center growth. You will partner with recruiters to craft sourcing strategies, build robust candidate pipelines, and engage passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub.

You will translate market intelligence into actionable plans, track pipeline metrics, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering top-quality candidates for data center roles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
• Experience with contact management system / applicant tracking system for sourcing and tracking candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner to build effective sourcing strategies for Data Center roles.
• Proactively source passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Provide sourcing insights and market intelligence to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Develop sourcing models and search strategies using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other tools.
• Suggest ideas to improve pipeline health and candidate quality.
• Document sourcing plans with timelines and metrics.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and pass qualified candidates onward.
• Participate in special projects and sourcing initiatives.
