Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
• Experience with contact management system/ ATS for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure roles.
• Utilize sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team culture.
• Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications against role requirements.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy.
• Represent Amazon at recruiting events and tech conferences.
