Job summary

Standard Textile seeks an Assistant Sourcing Analyst in Cincinnati, OH to support Sourcing and R&D teams with product development, sample coordination, and documentation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and global supplier partners, ensuring timely execution of development initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role requires strong Excel skills, excellent organization, and effective communication across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample requests, shipments, and deliveries for product development.
• Maintain accurate inventory and tracking for development samples.
• Support lab testing and summarize results for stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Sourcing and R&D teams.
• Manage supplier documentation and onboarding activities.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and project tracking.
