Job summary

Standard Textile is seeking an Assistant Sourcing Analyst in Cincinnati, OH to support Sourcing and R&D activities. You will organize samples, manage documentation, and coordinate cross-functional projects with teams across the globe, including Turkey, India, Pakistan, and China.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, with a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Textile, fabric, sourcing, product development experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cultures and time zones.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Experience with international suppliers or manufacturing partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample requests, shipments, and deliveries for development.
• Maintain inventory records for development samples.
• Organize products and materials for lab testing.
• Review and distribute testing results to stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Lead projects independently or with cross-functional teams.
• Consolidate outbound shipments and monitor delivery status.
• Coordinate with logistics and resolve customs issues.
• Manage supplier documentation and onboarding processes.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis.
