Job summary

Standard Textile in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Product Manager to lead Hospitality product strategy and execution, guiding day-to-day development, lifecycle management, custom and stock initiatives, and go-to-market readiness. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, R&D, and Quality to translate segment priorities into actionable product plans.

The role requires 3–5 years in product management or technical/textile roles, a Bachelor's in Business/Textiles/Engineering, and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textiles, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management, product development, or technical/textile product roles.
• Tech Pack or specification experience preferred; PMP or similar certification a plus.
• Strong project management, Excel proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute segment product roadmap priorities and coordinate development with R&D, Sourcing, and Quality.
• Manage custom, non-stock, and new product development from intake to commercialization.
• Coordinate sampling, testing, specifications, and costing approvals; review samples for requirements.
• Provide technical design input and support product knowledge for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
• Support lifecycle and portfolio management, SKU rationalization, and data-driven decisions.
