Job summary

Qurate Retail is seeking a data and reporting professional to support design, global sourcing, and merchandising functions. The role emphasizes building Excel-based tools, creating structured analyses, and delivering quarterly business reports to leadership.

You will collaborate with MicroStrategy and EDM teams to elevate reporting, ensure data integrity in Flex PLM, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or Product Design.
• 3–5 years in apparel merchandising, product development, sourcing, or business reporting.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization tool experience.

Overview

Full job description Thank you for your interest in joining our team! Qurate Retail Group comprises six leading retail brands – QVC®, HSN®, Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Garnet Hill® and Grandin Road® – all dedicated to providing a more human way to shop. Qurate Retail Group is the largest player in video commerce ("vCommerce"), which includes video-driven shopping across linear TV, ecommerce sites, digital streaming and social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting tools to support the design, technical design and global sourcing function and maintain logic to evolve with the needs to the business.
• Bring value in speed to market, resulting in improved AGM% and net sales increases.
• Build and manage Excel tools and communicate reporting requirements.
• Issue resolution and management of the escalation path to Sr. Manager Sourcing Operations.
• Measure goals to identify opportunities to optimize performance.
• Support reporting and work with partners internally and externally to ensure data integrity in Flex PLM.
• Partner with Merchandising Training and FlexPLM to maximize operational efficiencies of Flex PLM.
• Own the creation and testing of new reports with collaboration from related partners.
• Translate data into a structured and actionable analysis and deliver quarterly business reporting to teams and senior leaders.
• Collaborate with MicroStrategy and EDM teams to elevate the Ideal Sourcing Reports for improved user experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required (Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or Product Design preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in apparel merchandising, product development, sourcing, or business reporting/operations.
• Preferred: Advanced Microsoft Excel and MicroStrategy/Tableau experience.
