Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end sourcing strategy for server mechanicals and cooling. You will partner with engineers to define roadmaps, drive supplier selection, and optimize cost and lead-time while ensuring quality for high-velocity AI compute deployments.

The role requires global supplier management, strong negotiation, and experience with chassis, cold plates, TIM, fans, and liquid cooling in hyperscale environments. On-site Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering (or 9+ years in lieu of degree).
• 4+ years global supply chain/commodity management focusing on server chassis, cold plates, TIM, fans, or liquid cooling.

Responsibilities

• Define commodity strategy and multi-year roadmaps for server mechanics and cooling components.
• Negotiate SOWs and commercial terms to drive value, pricing, tooling, and capacity.
• Manage supplier interfaces across RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs; ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Lead cost-optimization through should-cost modeling and design-for-manufacturability reviews.
• Build and maintain a high-performance, global supplier base with executive reviews.
