Overview

Role Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented and commercially savvy Contract Reviewer to support IT Sourcing in managing software renewals and tail spend contracts. This role ensures supplier compliance with contractual standards, validates pricing accuracy, and drives value through negotiation on smaller-scale deals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Legal and Procurement to streamline low-risk agreements and maintain contract hygiene across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

Review supplier Software quotes, renewals, Statements of Work, Change Order documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure inclusion of appropriate contract terms, conditions, and references.
Confirm pricing aligns with agreed contractual rates and entitlements.
Occasionally partner with Legal on low-risk agreements to expedite review and approval.
Lead negotiations on software renewals and tail spend deals to optimize cost and terms.
Escalate material deviations or risks to sourcing leadership.
File executed agreements and terms in the designated contract repository.

Qualifications

Experience in Software and Professional services contract review.
Strong understanding of software licensing models and commercial terms.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret legal language.
Skilled negotiator with ability to drive outcomes on smaller-scale deals.
Familiarity with contract management systems and document repositories.
Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Sourcing, and Operations.
