Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Sourcing Manager IV to lead strategic sourcing initiatives within the Marketing Procurement Group. You will manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFP/RFI development, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation to maximize value and terms for the business.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with indirect procurement and marketing domain knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI development, proposal evaluation, scenario analysis, supplier selection, and contract drafting, negotiation, and execution to deliver value and terms.
• Define commodity and supplier strategies and track category performance.
• Provide support for highly complex or strategic initiatives; onboard suppliers and conduct supplier performance reviews.

Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI development, proposal evaluation, scenario analysis, supplier selection, and contract drafting, negotiation, and execution to deliver optimal value and terms.This role is responsible for executing main service agreements, statements of work, letter agreements, and order forms.* Define commodity and supplier strategies.* Adopt best-practice commodity management and strategic sourcing processes.* Track category performance relative to targets and conduct supplier reviews for assigned suppliers.* Communicate clearly with procurement leadership, business stakeholders, and the team about strategies, contracts, and project updates.Provide support for highly complex or strategic initiatives; assigned tasks may include:* Analyze supply markets and the current supply base.* Build business cases.* Build RFx and auction strategies.* Negotiate contract provisions.* Track and report category performance against targets.* Onboard suppliers.* Conduct supplier performance reviews.* Monitor contract execution.* Identify and recommend future sourcing opportunities.**Skills to Be Successful*** Leveraged AI-powered procurement tools, spend analytics, and market intelligence to generate insights, identify savings opportunities, and support data-driven sourcing decisions.* Strong analytical skills and competency with Excel are required. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
