Job summary

Vista is seeking a U.S. Sourcing Manager to lead VistaJet sub charter and on-demand off-fleet sourcing across the United States.

You will partner with Sales and Client Services to drive tactical sourcing strategies, improve conversion, and optimize margins while maintaining premium client delivery. The role requires 5+ years in aviation sourcing or related fields, strong stakeholder influence, and a data-driven approach to performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aviation sourcing, charter brokerage, or commercial aviation.
• Strong understanding of private aviation sourcing and subcharter operations.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner.
• Analytical mindset with KPI-driven performance management (conversion, margin, efficiency).
• Experience partnering with technology/product teams to implement sourcing solutions.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated sourcing business partner to VistaJet Sales and Client Services teams for all VJ sub charter and OD off-fleet sourcing needs.
• Study process flows with cross-functional commercial needs to understand demand trends and recovery opportunities to ensure optimal supply positioning.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to maximize trip conversion while balancing client experience, aircraft quality, and commercial performance.
• Identify, build, and maintain strategic operator relationships to support VistaJet lift requirements.
• Evaluate supply gaps and proactively secure preferred lift solutions to improve responsiveness and reliability.
• Lead vendor contracting efforts and negotiate agreements aligned to business needs.
• Create a repeatable sourcing playbook around high-frequency trip profiles and demand scenarios.
• Drive KPIs on conversion, margin yield, and sourcing efficiency; analyze outcomes to improve profitability.
• Work with Product, Technology, and Operations to define system enhancements for faster, more transparent sourcing.
• Escalate system issues and advocate for scalable tooling to improve decision quality.
