Job summary

Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest retailer of diamond jewelry, seeks a motivated Business Analyst to join the Sourcing team. You will analyze product attributes, vendor performance, chargeback reporting, and operational metrics, creating dashboards and actionable reports across the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to interpret data, support sourcing strategies, and drive data-driven decision-making that impacts business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile, cleanse, and validate business data to ensure accuracy and reliability for reporting and analysis.
• Develop and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards that provide visibility into business performance and key trends.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable reporting and analytics.
• Analyze data and communicate findings in a clear, concise manner to support informed decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, reporting enhancements, and automation to increase efficiency.
