Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Sourcing Analyst II to provide analytics, reporting, and insights across indirect and direct sourcing. You will transform data into actionable insights to influence sourcing decisions and drive enterprise objectives.

The role requires strong communication with stakeholders and ownership of reporting processes. The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with experience in spend analytics and familiarity with SAP/SAP Ariba, Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, information technology, supply chain, analytics or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a business analyst, sourcing analyst, procurement analyst, supply chain analyst or similar analytical role.
• Experience supporting sourcing, procurement, supplier management or supply chain activities.
• Experience with SAP ERP system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sourcing and business stakeholders to develop, publish, enhance and maintain key metrics reports, scorecards, dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Manage the timely execution and delivery of recurring reporting, including savings tracking and spend management reporting.
• Support spend analytics, data mapping, cleansing and supplier classification across systems.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, risks and insights for sourcing strategies.
• Identify reporting and data integrity issues and implement sustainable solutions to improve accuracy.
• Provide guidance on reporting best practices and data governance.
