Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in Supply Chain, Procurement, or operations.
• Experience leading transformation or digital initiatives.
• Strong end-to-end SCM and procurement knowledge.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities and define prioritization and roadmaps.
• Lead process redesign to maximize AI value.
• Partner with leaders to define outcomes and build business cases.
• Drive change management and adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics, IT, and cross-functional teams.
