Patriot Enterprises LLC is seeking a dedicated SOS State Coordinator to assist Army National Guard families and survivors. The role requires coordinating non-clinical support, referrals, and information through multiple channels, ensuring timely responses and ongoing outreach.

The position emphasizes building partnerships with military and civilian agencies, maintaining resource directories, and producing reports to support the SOS program across state and national levels.

Qualifications

• Strong sense of mission and commitment to SOS services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially in sensitive situations.
• Ability to identify available resources and facilitate referrals for bereavement counseling.
• Ability to exercise independent judgement and manage confidential information.
• Build rapport with Families, VSOs, CAOs, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in maintaining and updating resource directories.

Responsibilities

• Be available via telephone 24/7/365 to receive requests for assistance from constituents.
• Contact Survivors in person or via multiple channels during transition and milestone events.
• Provide information on ARNG resilience programs and benefits.
• Act as liaison with civilian and military service providers and coordinate SOS relationships.
• Coordinate and conduct referrals for financial assistance from military, government, and civilian organizations.
• Create SOS program slides for trainings and serve as central POC.
