Responsibilities

• Assist the Sorting Room Supervisor to coordinate operations and supervise staff.
• Ensure merchandise is sorted, tagged, and priced according to policy.
• Maintain records of attendance, schedules, production output and inventory.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment; manage cleaning schedules and report unsafe conditions.
• Oversee jewelry, antiques and other items of value processing and security.
• Train and cross-train staff and beneficiaries to handle assigned tasks.
• Support work therapy components by modeling professional conduct and supervising beneficiaries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Administrator.
