The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers seek a capable supervisor to lead sorting operations in our garment processing facility. You will train and supervise staff, ensure items are sorted, tagged, and priced according to policy, and help meet daily production targets of thousands of garments.
Responsibilities include maintaining records, evaluating performance, safeguarding materials, and coordinating with the work therapy program to model professional conduct for beneficiaries.

The in-residence rehabilitation program focuses on basic necessities with every man or woman being provided a clean and healthy living environment, good food, work therapy, leisure time activities, group and individual counseling, and spiritual direction. All our effort is focused on developing life skills and a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
