Job summary

jacksonhospitalinternal is seeking a full-time Echocardiography Technologist to perform echocardiograms and coordinate the document flow to expedite physician interpretations and patient billing. The role requires graduation from a Cardiovascular Technology program and consideration of ARDMS/CCI certifications within the first year.

One year of cardiovascular technology experience is preferred, and BCLS is required within 6 months of hire, with ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a Cardiovascular Technology program.
• One year experience in cardiovascular technology preferred.
• Certification as Cardiographic Technician or equivalent experience preferred.
• Successful completion of CCI Cardiovascular Science or ARDMS component (physics or clinical) within one year of hire.
• BCLS within 6 months of hire required.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Graduation from a program of Cardiovascular Technology. One year experience working in the field of cardiovascular technology preferred and Certification as a Cardiographic Technician or equivalent experience preferred. Successful completion of the CCI Cardiovascular Science or either component exam of the ARDMS registry (physics or clinical) within one year of hire. BCLS certification required within 6 months of hire. ACLS certification preferred.
