Essentia Health’s ultrasound team in Duluth, MN is seeking a credentialed technologist to join a top hospital system. You will perform diagnostic ultrasound scans to support physician diagnosis and utilize advanced ultrasound equipment with strong technical skills.

The ideal candidate will have ARDMS registry eligibility, CAHEA accreditation, and certifications in abdomen, OB/GYN, and vascular, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAHEA accredited sonography program and ARDMS registry eligibility.
• ARDMS registration within 12 months of hire.
• Abdomen, OB/GYN and Vascular certifications within 24 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic ultrasound scans for physician diagnosis.
• Operate diagnostic ultrasound equipment with appropriate technical knowledge.

In this role you will get too: Provide diagnostic ultrasound scans of patients for physician diagnosis, utilizing diagnostic ultrasound equipment and appropriate technical knowledge and skills.

Education Qualifications

• Graduation from a Committee on Allied Health Education (CAHEA) accredited program in sonography and registry eligible by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
• Registered by the ARDMS within 1 year of hire.
• East Market: Must be certified in Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular within 24 months of hire date.
• Those staff assigned to work in the Ashland location are not required to obtain Vascular certification.
• If working in Department 2010-2042320 MSK Ultrasound - SMDC HOSP, must complete ARDMS MSK Certification within 24 months.
