iServ Group, a multi-brand hospitality company based in Ocala, FL, is hiring a Sonny’s BBQ Restaurant Team Lead. You’ll guide your shift, support the management team, and create a welcoming environment for guests and teammates.

We value leadership with heart, a hands-on approach, and a commitment to service. Minimum 1 year in high-volume restaurant leadership and a flexible schedule help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-serve restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a people-first approach.
• Ability to manage openings and closings, and ensure food safety and operations standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening/closing responsibilities for the store and assist the Management Team in overseeing store operations.
• Lead shifts with energy, clarity, and a commitment to excellence in both service and operations.
• Create a fun, engaging, and welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.
• Model and reinforce iServ’s mission, values, and culture in every interaction.
• Promote a culture that inspires improvement; mentor team members and support their success.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
