Giovanni's Pizzeria & Kitchen, a unit of the iServ Group in Ocala, FL, is seeking a Giovanni's Team Lead. This role guides shifts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while fostering a supportive, growth-oriented team culture.

You will oversee opening/closing, supervise operations, and mentor staff, with a focus on service excellence, food safety, and team engagement in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-serve restaurant leadership in a high-volume setting.
• Strong understanding of front and back-of-house operations and cost control.
• Passion for hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
• Natural leader who puts people first and leads by example.
• Effective communication and a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Able to stay organized and energized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening/closing responsibilities and assist management with store operations.
