iServ Group is seeking a Sonny’s BBQ Restaurant Team Lead to guide the team through each shift and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of full-service restaurant leadership in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to oversee both front and back of house operations and financials.
• Strong hospitality mindset with focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening/closing responsibilities and assist Management in store operations.
• Lead shifts with energy and clarity to ensure service and operational excellence.
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment for guests and team members.
• Model and reinforce iServ’s mission, values, and culture in every interaction.
• Mentor and develop team members; onboard and train new staff.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and standards are consistently met.
• Communicate performance and opportunities with management; jump in to assist as needed.
