Job summary

The iServ Group in Orange Park, FL is hiring an iServ Cook (licensed franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ) to prepare high-quality meals following recipes and food safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen. You will work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with dishwashing and proper storage of kitchen items.
• Work collaboratively to support a smooth kitchen operation.

We're looking for a Sonny's BBQ Cook who is passionate about great food and thrives in a team environment. You'll play an essential role in creating memorable guest experiences by preparing delicious, high-quality meals, following proven recipes and food safety standards, and working together with your teammates to keep the kitchen running smoothly. What You'll Do (include, but not limited to)

What We're Looking For

• Ability to listen and follow directions

• Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment.
• May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals.
• May inhale smoke from a wood burning cooker
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team.
