iServ Host is a guest-facing on-site role in Valdosta, GA, joining a fast-paced, people-first environment. You will greet and seat guests, assist with accommodations, and ensure a seamless dining experience for both dine-in and take-out guests.

The Opportunity

Guest experience starts with the Host! Our Hosts greet and seat guests to start them off with a great first impression! Our Hosts are the ones who add to the energy of the shift and that extra helping of southern hospitality by making our guests feel welcome!

Host Responsibilities

• Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
• Greet and Seat guests that are dining in, assist with special accommodations, and distribute menus
• Ensuring all our guests are taken care of whether they’re dining in or ordering take-out

Required Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work with accuracy

Job Expectations
