The ISERV GROUP is seeking Servers to join our Sonny's BBQ team in Orange Park, FL. We are an established hospitality group focused on caring for our people, guests, and communities, with solid growth and development opportunities.

As a server, you will greet guests, explain menu items, take orders, and ensure a smooth dining experience. You’ll work with a supportive team in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
• Greeting customers as they are seated at the table; ensure the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided
• Provide a positive guest experience, menu knowledge, and proper use of our point‑of‑sale systems
• Take accurate food/beverage orders and deliver completed orders to guests
• Pre‑bus tables to maintain a clean environment
• Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, tea, ice, etc.
• Collect payments and operate cash register

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team
